Europe's top teams may breathe a sigh of relief after hearing Barcelona coach Hansi Flick's latest declaration on their summer transfer strategy.

WHAT HAPPENED?
The Catalan side have been linked with a number of options amid reports they hope to strengthen in midfield before the transfer window closes. The Catalan side are still likely to sign attacking midfielder Dani Olmo from RB Leipzig, though he is expected to feature on the wing once he makes the switch.

Expanding on their midfield options was seen as a priority heading into the summer, especially with the likes of Gavi, Pedri and Frenkie de Jong suffering injuries in recent months. However, Flick is confident that he has enough players to call on and sees no need to bring in another option.
